Gary and Frances Spivey started America’s Choice Roofing here in College Station in 1995, and this is still where we are based, where we work, and where we will be when you need us again.
College Station has changed enormously over those three decades. The growth around Texas A&M has pushed new residential development into Rock Prairie, Pebble Creek, and further southeast than most people would have predicted in the 1990s. Neighborhoods like Southwood Valley and Emerald Forest, established communities with mature trees and homes that have some years on them, have different roofing dynamics than the newer builds going up closer to the Ring Road.
